Cadet Commander
June 2024 – Present
Lead and mentor cadets in leadership development and squadron operations. Plan and execute weekly training exercises. Oversee training program coordination, manage safety protocols, and coordinate squadron communications.
Flight Commander
2024–2025
Supervised cadet flight training and operations. Led drill and ceremony activities, assisted with cadet training and skill development, reported to squadron leadership on flight progress and readiness, and maintained accountability and discipline within the flight.
Public Affairs Officer (PAO)
2025
Managed photography and video documentation of squadron activities. Edited and curated media content for squadron communications, supported social media and internal communication efforts, and coordinated with squadron leadership on media coverage. Developed professional documentation standards for the squadron.
Aerospace & Communications NCO
2024–2025
Assisted with aerospace education programs and curricula development. Supported communications systems and radio operations training for cadets. Helped coordinate emergency services communication exercises and maintained communications equipment and systems.
Assistant Safety NCO
2024–2025
Helped maintain safety standards during training and operations. Supported the senior safety officer in event planning and risk assessment. Conducted safety briefings and orientation for cadets, monitored compliance with safety protocols, and assisted with incident reporting.
Cadet Advisory Council (CAC) Representative
2024–2025
Represented Heartland Composite Squadron at Group and Wing CAC meetings. Communicated cadet perspectives and concerns to leadership, advocated for cadet programs and activities, provided feedback on squadron readiness and cadet morale, and shared best practices across squadrons. Presented cadet initiatives to Wing leadership.

Impact & Growth
Serving in these diverse leadership positions has strengthened my ability to lead teams, mentor others, communicate effectively, manage operations, and prioritize mission success. These experiences directly support my goal to become a U.S. Air Force pilot by developing the leadership, decision-making, and professional discipline required for military service.
